Systems
I like finding the part underneath the obvious problem. A website, CRM or SOP is useful when it fits the work around it, not when it simply exists.
I am Anele Gabriel Chinembiri. I work across systems, websites, process, brand and technology, but the starting point is usually the same: understand what is really happening before deciding what to build.
Identifreed grew from that way of working - part systems thinking, part creative practice and part stubborn willingness to keep learning until the thing makes sense.
Book a discovery callA lot of businesses collect tools as they grow. A website gets added. Then a spreadsheet. Then a booking tool. Then a CRM. Then somebody becomes the person who remembers how everything fits together.
Identifreed exists to look at that whole picture. Sometimes the answer is a new build. Sometimes it is connecting what is already there. Sometimes it is documenting the process so the knowledge stops living in one person's head.
The name matters to me because the aim is not to force every client into the same playbook.Freed by your identity means the system should make what is already distinct about the business easier to run, communicate and grow.
These things influence the decisions. They are not separate personalities the site has to perform.
I like finding the part underneath the obvious problem. A website, CRM or SOP is useful when it fits the work around it, not when it simply exists.
MMA and BJJ taught me to work methodically, stay teachable and get comfortable being a beginner long enough to become useful.
Poetry made me care about language. I would rather say something plainly and mean it than hide behind polished business words nobody actually uses.
One step. Then another. The work does not need to arrive complete on day one, but it should keep moving toward something clearer and more useful.
One of the things I like about martial arts is that there is nowhere to hide from the learning process. You can be smart, strong or experienced somewhere else and still have to learn the position in front of you.
I carry that into technical work. Research the problem. Ask the question. Test the idea. Document what changed. If the first answer is wrong, change it instead of protecting it.
Most people arrive with a solution in mind. Discovery is where we work out whether that is the full problem.
The system should fit the business, the people and the way the work needs to happen - not the other way around.
A clever system that nobody can understand or maintain is not finished.
Implementation is not the end. Real use exposes what needs to change next.
I work from Zimbabwe and with businesses and teams beyond it. That matters because I want local businesses to know that strong systems, thoughtful websites and connected digital infrastructure do not have to feel imported or out of reach.
At the same time, Identifreed is not meant to read like a location-limited agency. The standard is the work: understand the business, build what fits and make it usable.
The founder story is here because it explains the method, the writing and the way I think about problems. The work should still stay bigger than the biography.
If you leave this page curious about whether there is a better way to run something in your own business, then it has done its job.
Bring the current system, the stuck point or even just the feeling that something should work better.
